1.Market Development Manager

Qualifications 

Formaking recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
· Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Marketing or Sales.
· Master's Degree in Architecture OR an MBA preferred.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience required including:
· And/or experience as a practicing design professional
· And/or experience working with building specifications
· Previous experience with client management required.
· Demonstrated experience working through others for success.
· Ability to recognize, prepare and to sell value oriented concepts to others.
· Ability to understand and use basic financial concepts.
· Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
· Ability to facilitate discussions with stakeholders of different levels/abilities.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within organization.
· Must be willing and receptive to training and personal development.
· Willing to travel within targeted geography to achieve goals.
· Willing to travel occasionally outside geography as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

Qualifications :

Formaking recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
• Bachelors degree in Engineering required; degree in Chemical Engineering preferred. 
• 2+ years minimum experience in a process manufacturing environment preferred. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.  
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making ability. 
• Ability to understand business priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment. 
• Strong Organizational skills and ability to work effectively across department lines as a part of the operational and site team. 
• Ability to understand Supply Chain and Customer Care principles and concepts. 
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop plans to continually lower operating costs and increase productivity. 
• Communicate and report data and operating results to a broad audience.
